What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the Contact and Demo forms: your name or artist name, your email address, your message and, for demos, the link to your track.
Why we use it
To read your message or listen to your demo and reply to you. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't use your data for marketing and we don't sell it.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of this website.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of form messages to our inbox.
These providers may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our inbox for as long as needed to handle your request and are deleted within 24 months, unless we start working together.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It only uses your browser's session storage to remember that you've already seen the intro.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@lucky10music.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
